We import all our jewelry from well established and renowned jewelers. It is always tested and certified before it is shipped. And also it goes through U.S. customs for purity check. Any defective piece will be repaired or replaced if notified within 2 days after receiving. Merchandise with any manufacturing defect will be accepted if sent to us with our approval first. For any other reason if the merchandise is returned (in the original condition- unused) there will be a restocking charge of 25 % of the items value.
